The Town of Linn is currently hiring for a part time Deputy Clerk. The Deputy Clerk is reasonable for the same duties as the Clerk and would take her place should she be absent. These duties would include but are not limited to preparing permits and licenses, answering phones, accounts payable, payroll and running elections. The Deputy Clerk may also need to attend meetings and do minutes in the absence of the Clerk. Experience in elections, QuickBooks and office 365 recommended.
