"Proud to Serve"

Town of Linn Fire/EMS is a paid-on-call department providing services to residents and those that visit this unique area. We are committed to providing quality service utilizing dedicated individuals who are well trained for emergency situations. Our roster has several members on the Walworth County Fire Investigation Team as well as the Walworth County Haz-Mat and Dive Teams. We also have members trained in Technical Rescue disciplines for special rescue situations.

Our department is a member of M.A.B.A.S. (Mutual-Aid Box Alarm System) Division 103 providing and receiving resources and support from area departments when necessary.

We provide fire inspections for our business community and are dedicated to fire prevention education for our schools.

Our EMS provides Advanced Life Support to the AEMT level of care, transporting to Mercy and Aurora Hospitals as necessary.

Department members participate in training exercises the first and fourth Monday of each month and hold a membership meeting the third Monday of each month excluding holidays.

In January 2006, the two previously separate entities joined to continue traditions that were started in 1949 by the Fire Department and 1981 by Emergency Medical Services. Tied by a common goal and dedication, we are now stronger and more focused on providing the highest level of service possible.
