Position Available: Part-Time Treasurer: The Town of Linn is seeking a Part-Time Treasurer. The pay rate is $25/hour. This position is non-exempt.Weekly work hours and schedule will vary. The Treasurer is expected to work over 20 hours per week during tax season (mid-December until mid-February). The maximum annual work hours are 1,100. Effective today 06/10/2021, there is a burn ban in the Town of Linn, by the authority of the Town of Linn Board, and will be enforced by our police department.
If someone is caught burning they can be fined up to $1,300.00 (for violation of Town of Linn Code 6-13 (C). It is effective until further notice.
This means no open burns, campfires, fireworks, or anything of the like anywhere in the Town of Linn.
