Radon Test Kits Available at the Town Clerk’s Office: In-home radon test kits are now available for purchase at the Town Clerk’s Office. The kits were provided by the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services. The cost per kit is $15. Proof of Linn residency or property ownership is required. Effective today 06/10/2021, there is a burn ban in the Town of Linn, by the authority of the Town of Linn Board, and will be enforced by our police department.
If someone is caught burning they can be fined up to $1,300.00 (for violation of Town of Linn Code 6-13 (C). It is effective until further notice.
This means no open burns, campfires, fireworks, or anything of the like anywhere in the Town of Linn.
