Radon Test Kits Available at the Town Clerk’s Office: In-home radon test kits are now available for purchase at the Town Clerk’s Office. The kits were provided by the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services.   The cost per kit is $15.  Proof of Linn residency or property ownership is required.   If you have any questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 262-275-6300 ext. 10, or email clerk@townoflinn.wi.gov.

2025 Road Resurfacing and Maintenance Schedule

This year, the Town awarded road resurfacing work to Payne and Dolan to repave 3.86 miles of roads, including: 

  • Zenda (County Highway B to Mohawk Rd.) 
  • Stateline (Highfield Dr. to Knickerbocker Rd.) 
  • Bissell Rd. 
  • Lackey Ln. 
  • Leedle Ave. 
  • Maple Ln. 
  • Laurel St. 

Additionally, various road maintenance projects will be completed this year. Maintenance work includes hot mix asphalt patching, crack filling, chip sealing, flex patching and GSB 88 applications.  Roads scheduled for maintenance work include the following: 

Swamp Angel, Alta Vista, Sunnyside, Center, Knollwood, North Lakeshore, Black Point, Maple Ridge, Mohawk, Linton, Hillside, Lakeville, Woodstone Subdivision, Wooddale Subdivision and the Robinson Hillside Subdivision. 

Lastly, road maintenance work is scheduled to the surfaces and approaches over the bridges on Mohawk Rd. and West Side Rd.
