Radon Test Kits Available at the Town Clerk’s Office: In-home radon test kits are now available for purchase at the Town Clerk’s Office. The kits were provided by the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services.   The cost per kit is $15.  Proof of Linn residency or property ownership is required.   If you have any questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 262-275-6300 ext. 10, or email clerk@townoflinn.wi.gov.

Street Resurfacing Schedule from July 28th – 30th

From Wednesday, July 28 – Friday, July 30, the following streets will be sealed: 

Shadow Lane – off of s. Lake shore dr.

Oakland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Lakeview Rd. – off Oakland Rd.

Woodland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Greenland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Highland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Oakwood Dr. – off Eligin Club

Valley view Dr. – off Oakwood Dr.

Maple Ridge Rd. – hwy B to Linton Rd.

This week, Fahrner Asphalt Sealers will deliver door notices to all properties located on streets to be sealed. Temporary “No Parking” signs will be installed by early next week. Construction work will range from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Loose aggregate will be swept and vaccumed within 24-72 hours after rolling. 

Once roads are opened, please drive slowly, and avoid sharp turns and quick stops for 7-10 days.
