Street Resurfacing Schedule from July 28th – 30th

Advertisement for Bid: Fire/EMS Building Remodeling – Living Quarters: Sealed Bids shall be received by the Board of Supervisors, Town of Linn for the Remodeling for Living Quarters at Town of Linn Fire/EMS Station Project located at N1457 Hillside Road, Lake Geneva, WI 53147 until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 3, 2024. Bids shall be submitted to the office of Jim Hurley, Administrator, Town of Linn, W3728 Franklin Walsh Street, P.O. Box 130, Zenda, WI 53195. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. Plans, Specifications, related Documents, and Addenda shall be available for review at the Town of Linn, W3728 Franklin Walsh Street, Zenda, WI 53195, and available at the Town website. Street Resurfacing Schedule from July 28th – 30th

From Wednesday, July 28 – Friday, July 30, the following streets will be sealed:

Shadow Lane – off of s. Lake shore dr.

Oakland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Lakeview Rd. – off Oakland Rd.

Woodland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Greenland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Highland Rd. – off Southland Rd.

Oakwood Dr. – off Eligin Club

Valley view Dr. – off Oakwood Dr.

Maple Ridge Rd. – hwy B to Linton Rd.

This week, Fahrner Asphalt Sealers will deliver door notices to all properties located on streets to be sealed. Temporary “No Parking” signs will be installed by early next week. Construction work will range from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Loose aggregate will be swept and vaccumed within 24-72 hours after rolling.

Once roads are opened, please drive slowly, and avoid sharp turns and quick stops for 7-10 days.
