Press Release: October 7th Town Elector Meeting requesting to adopt a resolution to support contractual Fire/EMS staffing: A Town Elector Meeting is scheduled on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Linn Town Hall.  The Town is requesting to include contractual Fire/EMS staffing in the Town’s tax levy to reduce borrowing costs while ensuring the Town continues providing 24/7 Fire/EMS Services. Approval of this resolution will support the Town’s goal of reaching a long-term agreement with the City of Lake Geneva to continue providing Linn residents with reliable and quality fire and emergency medical services. 2021 Culvert Drainage Improvements Bids: Due Friday, August 20th

 

The Town of Linn will accept culvert and drainage improvement bids until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021. Bids must be received by the Town Clerk Alyson Morris, Town Hall, W3728 Franklin Walsh Street, P.O. box 130 Zenda, WI 53195 for culverts and drainage work to be completed by November 1, 2021.

“The bidders attention is called to the fact that this project may be subject to a prevailing wage rate determination which has been issued by the State of Wisconsin and that the prevailing wage rates and hours of labor set forth in this determination shall be applicable to this project.” A performance Bond is required.

The Town Board has the right to accept or reject any and all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
