Upcoming Tax Deadlines: The first installment is due on January 31, 2025, and the State Statute allows a 5 working day grace period, which is February 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. If you're submitting by mail, make sure your envelope is post marked by January 31.  Access will be turned off for the online payments on February 3, 2025, at 5 p.m.  If you have any questions, please contact the Town Treasurer at 262-275-6300 ext. 12.

VACATION OF UNIMPROVED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, WASHINGTON AVENUE, LAKE GENEVA TERRACE

A meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Linn shall be held on April 24, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., Linn Town Hall, for the purpose of considering a Resolution to vacate an unimproved platted roadway in the Plat of Subdivision for Washington Avenue being 171.02’ long, 60.01’ wide, adjacent to Lots 23 and 25 of Lake Geneva Terrace, Town of Linn, Walworth County, Wisconsin 53147.
